Lindsay Lohan says she doesn’t have a prescription drug problem. Lindsay Lohan has said that she has no alcohol or drug problems.
“No, I don’t, no, I don’t. I work and if I go out with my friends, I’m 23 and I’m allowed to do that. I’m happy and I’m working and I’m good. I’m surrounded by great friends now, I’ve weeded a lot of people out of my life. People build you up to knock you down,” said Lindsay Lohan. Lindsay Lohan gave an exclusive interview which were aired on CBS’s The Early Show.

Lindsay Lohan to appear in court on Monday

Lindsay Lohan is expected in a Los Angeles court next week. Lindsay Lohan will attend a court hearing Monday morning in Beverly Hills, California. 23-year-old missed a mandatory probation hearing Thursday.
She was to be arrested upon her return to Los Angeles for missing the hearing, but a judge recalled the warrant late Thursday after Lohan posted bail. Shawn Chapman Holley said Lohan was issued a temporary passport by the U.S. Embassy in Paris, France, on Thursday and would fly back to the United States as soon as possible.

Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail at the probation violation hearing. Lindsay most likely will be separated from the general population due to her celebrity. She appeared in court with the words “f**k u” printed on her middle fingernail.
According to the Sheriff’s Department, Lilo will do her time at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, the same prison the 24-year-old starlet went to last time, as well as Paris Hilton, Michelle Rodriguez, Khloe Kardashian and Nicole Richie.
