Brazil were knocked out of the 2010 World Cup after losing 2-1 to the Netherlands in the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on Friday afternoon. Kaká, Robinho and Luís Fabiano failed to give win to Brazil. But Netherland’s Wesley Sneijder scored in the 68th minute on a header for a stunning 2-1 quarterfinals win over the five-time champions.
The Dutch made the championship match in 1974 and ’78, lost both. Robinho gave the Brazilians the lead on Felipe Melo’s brilliant low pass up the middle of the field that the striker put home with a low shot. However post half time the Dutch took control over the game nicely.

Tiger Woods discarded the putter which has won him 13 of his 14 majors. Tiger Woods switched putter twice. Tiger Woods completed final round just at -3. Tiger Woods could have become the first man in 150 years to win the Open three times at St Andrews.
Tiger Woods failed to perform this year. Tiger Woods earlier completed The Masters and U.S. Open at T4 position this year and also failed in 2009. Last major championship was U.S. Open 2008 won by Woods. Tiger Woods won 2000, 2005, 2006 Open Championship but later failed in four years.
