21 people of the 31 have been killed in China’s southwest Guizhou Province. Xinhua news agency reported the blast took place at a coal mine in the city of Anshun late Thursday.
The Chinese coal industry is probably the world’s most hazardous thousands of people die in mines in China every year about 2,600 people killed last year. A rescuer surnamed Zhao said: “We arrived at the mine to carry out the rescue at midnight, and helped bring three of the survivors out of the shaft.”

The iPed is a clone of the iPad. Apple’s iPad is not still on sale in China but the iPed can be bought in Shenzhen. A first copy of Apple’s touch pad, dubbed as “IPED” is available in China at deflated prices.
The gadget is being sold in a Shenzhen computer mall in packaging that even looks like an iPad box. The main thing that’s catching consumer’s attention though is the price.

Heavy rains hit China
Fourteen were missing in southwest China. Xinhua reported that fourteen people were missing after their homes collapsed in heavy rains in southwest China.
Heavy rain falls in Wuzhou City, Shatou Town, Cangwu County caused 19 houses to collapse. Officials said search for the missing people is on. Rescue workers are being activated to conduct relief work.
